Mr. Manoj Kantilal Raka, aged 54 years, is the Promoter, Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company as Director since inception. He has knowledge and experience in the fields of Custom clearance, Import Export and Administration. He gives directions to our company and is responsible for handling all Commercial business of our company. He is actively involved in various social as well as religious activities and is member of organizations like JITO, Utkarsh Mandal etc. He is result oriented, focused, hardworking person and provides strategic advice and guidance to the members of the Board of Directors, to keep them aware of developments to ensure that appropriate policies are developed.

She is responsible for planning and executing the expansions and diversification of our company. She is result oriented, focused, hardworking person and provides strategic advice and guidance to the members of the Board of Directors, to keep them aware of developments to ensure that appropriate policies are developed.

He is experience Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the Corporate Laws. Skilled in Negotiation, liaisoning, Management, FEMA and Due Diligence with strong administrative Skills. He has wide exposure of appearance in the Tribunal such as NCLT, SAT, Office of Regional Director.

He is a fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has more than 7 years experience in the filed of Company Law, IPR Laws and other allied corporate laws. He is experienced Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in the Corporate Laws. Skilled in Negotiation, liaisoning, Management, Trademarks and Due Diligence with Strong Administrative Skills. He has wide exposure of appearance in the Tribunal such as NCLT, office of Reginal Director.
